4.1 Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, templates, prompt packs, dashboards, courses) are non-refundable unless a refund policy is explicitly stated on the checkout page.

4.2 Coaching & Mentorship

All 1:1 or group coaching programs are also non-refundable, given the personalized nature of the service.

4.3 Chargebacks

You agree not to file chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on BackyardWealthAcademy.com, including:

PDFs

videos and trainings

scripts, prompts, worksheets

templates and dashboards

frameworks and systems

course content (including Accelerator & Launch Lab)

branding, logos, graphics, and images

…is the sole property of Backyard Wealth Academy and protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

You agree NOT to:

republish, copy, or distribute our content

share login credentials

resell or give away digital products

use our content to create competing products

upload or leak our materials online

Violation may result in account suspension and civil legal action.

5.1 Permitted Use of Member Templates

Active members may customize included business templates with their own logo, wording, colors, and business information. They may use and export those customized materials to market and operate their own business, including business cards, brochures, estimates, and invoices.

Members may not sell, share, or redistribute the original editable BWA template library, grant others access to the membership or library, or use the library to create a competing template product. Third-party fonts, photographs, Canva elements, and other licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.

After cancellation, a former member may continue using customized materials already created for their own business. Ongoing access to the member library, new downloads, and updates requires an active membership. Client-service resale and broader licensing rights are not granted.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account for any course or membership, you agree to:

provide accurate information

keep your login credentials secure

be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misuse, sharing materials, or violating these Terms.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding:

revenue

profit

client volume
